Stacey represented us as the buyers for our first home purchase! I can honestly say she was truly amazing from the start. One minute after I reached out to her online, she gave me a call. At the time, I was not sure when I wanted to buy or really how to even get the process started. She definitely held my hand every step of the way and was extremely patient. About 35 days after reaching out to her, we have now closed on our first home!! She made herself available to go to any private house showings (during COVID while open houses aren’t allowed), multiple visits and viewings of the house we ended up buying, was available by text at pretty much any hour of the day to entertain questions, and even put us in touch with her mortgage broker, inspector and plumber for support throughout the process. After reading her bio, I contacted Stacey Valdez when I decided to relocate from Northern Nevada to Ventura County. She was personable and engaging from the very first telephone call. Within an hour of speaking with her I was receiving email listings in my target area. Stacey addressed my out of state issue by offering to visit listings of interest and facetime me so I could decide if an in-person visit was in order. I ultimately decided on a home in a lovely area of Moorpark. Unfortunately the transaction was not an easy one due to contingencies on the selling end. However, Stacey never faltered.
